ZoneADSL (Zone ADSL&Fibre) has compared French internet boxes and mobile plans since 2003. Shoppers use it to check which offers reach their address, test their line and pick a plan.

Why

The goal

Show its users the quality of each mobile network at their own address, so the plan they pick actually works where they live.
Stand out from other comparators and build real expertise on the mobile vertical.
Win search traffic, in classic search and in AI answers (SEO and GEO), on questions like "coverage map" or "which carrier is best here", which a language model cannot answer without address-level data.
Turn that traffic into leads, to sell boxes and mobile plans on behalf of the operators.

How

What was built

ZoneADSL embeds the Sogudo coverage map on its site, with the 4G and 5G layers of the four French carriers.

The address network test runs on the same data: a visitor types an address and sees, carrier by carrier, the expected mobile speed there.

The test also sits inside the mobile plan comparator, so the network question is answered at the moment the visitor chooses a plan.

Results

What it changed

More than 180,000 visitors a month now come from searches on coverage maps and on the best mobile carrier.

Visitors run 60,000 network tests a month, and the funnel built on them brings 4,000 extra leads a month.

The coverage data also feeds ZoneADSL’s studies on mobile networks, picked up by the national and regional press.
