The contractual terms applicable to all our professional services.
Article 1: Legal information
These Terms of Service (ToS) are offered by:

Article 2: Purpose
These Terms define the contractual conditions applicable to any subscription, use and billing of services offered by Sogudo, an expert in network mapping and mobile signal-propagation modeling.
Article 3: Service description
Sogudo provides mobile network performance analyses:
- Unit tests on GPS coordinates: average theoretical bitrate, multi-operator, multi-tech DL and UL (at the given address and GPS coordinates).
- Coverage-zone analyses: % territory/population coverage by bitrate level, per operator, within a given radius around a site or GPS point.
- API access.
- Test history and map-embedding options.
Article 4: Commercial offerings
Sogudo offers three plans:
- Public: free, no sign-up. Full access to the global mobile coverage map (100+ countries, 300+ operators, 3G / 4G / 5G), with monthly updates and address-level search.
- Pro: tailored, for businesses. Includes everything in the public plan, access to the coverage-test API, third-party site embedding and email support. Price set on quote, depending on volume and scope.
- Enterprise: tailored, for operators, tower companies, regulators and integrators. Includes antenna-level data access, multi-layer QoS maps, custom coverage studies, dedicated support and a guaranteed SLA. Price set on quote.
Article 5: History and re-running of analyses
Analyses performed remain accessible for free in the customer's history for 30 days after the test.
After this 30-day period, they are billed again.
Article 6: Order and billing
- The Public plan is entirely free and gives rise to no billing.
- Pro and Enterprise plans are subject to a personalized quote, billed according to the terms agreed in the contract (monthly or annual).
- Prices are stated in euros excluding tax. Applicable VAT is added to the invoiced amount.
- Payment due within 30 days (bank transfer, direct debit or card).
- Any late payment incurs statutory late penalties as well as a fixed €40 collection fee (article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code).
Article 7: Term and termination
- Subscriptions are entered into for an initial term of one (1) month or one (1) year, depending on the plan chosen, automatically renewable.
- Either party may terminate with thirty (30) days' notice before the renewal date.
- Sogudo reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access in the event of unpaid invoices, abusive use, or use that does not comply with these Terms.
Article 8: Conditions of use
- Use of the services is strictly limited to the customer's internal needs.
- Any unauthorized resale, distribution, sharing or mass extraction is prohibited.
- API credentials are personal, secured and must not be publicly shared.
Article 9: Service availability
Sogudo will use all reasonable means to ensure service availability. However, Sogudo cannot be held liable for temporary interruptions due to maintenance, outages or force majeure.
Article 10: Intellectual property
- The propagation models, algorithms, technologies and databases developed by Sogudo remain the exclusive property of SAS YDATA.
- The customer is granted only a non-exclusive, limited and non-transferable right of use over the results provided.
Article 11: Data and confidentiality
- Data collected is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Sogudo commits to collecting only the data strictly necessary to provide the service.
- The customer has rights of access, rectification and deletion of their data.
Article 12: Liability
- Sogudo provides its services based on models and measurements, without absolute guarantee of accuracy.
- Sogudo's liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the contractual period in progress.
- The propagation models, algorithms, technologies and databases developed by Sogudo remain the exclusive property of SAS YDATA.
Article 13: Force majeure
In the event of an occurrence beyond Sogudo's control (natural disaster, cyberattack, widespread outage, etc.), Sogudo cannot be held liable.
Article 14: Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute regarding their interpretation or performance shall be resolved by the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of SAS YDATA.
