Who
A French fiber ISP
A French internet service provider that sells fiber subscriptions and mobile plans. The project was run by its digital marketing department, within the team in charge of digital acquisition.
Why
The goal
- The ISP wanted more of its new fiber customers to take a mobile plan as well: a higher mobile attach rate on fiber subscriptions.
- Its strongest argument, a mobile network that performs well, only counts where it is true. It had to be said address by address.
How
What was built
When a prospect checks fiber eligibility or speed at their address, the ISP’s site calls the Sogudo Query API with the same address.
The API returns the expected 3G, 4G and 5G speeds of every national carrier at that point.
When the ISP’s own network comes out best, the prospect sees it right in the eligibility result, next to the fiber offer: the best mobile network at this address is ours.

Results
What it changed
Where the best-network message is shown, the mobile attach rate on fiber sales rose by 4 percentage points.
The message only appears where it is true, so it never promises a network the prospect will not get.
